Refund & Return Policy

At The 9 AM Co., we are committed to delivering high-quality breakfast products. Due to the perishable nature of food items, our return policy is limited. Please read the following carefully.

Returns

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of products once they have been delivered.

Returns are only considered if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product arrived damaged during transit.
  • The product was defective or unfit for consumption upon delivery.

To request assistance, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.


Refunds

Once we receive and review your request, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your claim is approved, we may, at our discretion:

  • Issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method, or
  • Send a replacement product.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been packed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
  • Products purchased during promotional or clearance sales (unless they arrive damaged or incorrect)

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate before placing your order.

The 9 AM Co. is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Damaged Packages

If your package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery:

  1. Take clear photographs before opening it.
  2. If possible, note the damage with the delivery partner.
  3. Contact us within 48 hours with your order details and photos.
